I have this phone and I love it but tmobile is sayin that I can not send/receive picture messages unless I have a data plan, is there a way around this? Please let me know before I sell the phone. I am not going to purchase a data plan for $25 just to send pictures that's crap.

How could u get this phone without a data plan? it's required. You're handicapping urself by not having one. If you cant afford data then I would suggest selling it.
