myTouch 3G - Hi - Thinking of Getting One

Hey all,
former G1 user here in Virginia. I currently have the iPhone 3G on AT&T, but really love the Android concept and although I used to have an active G1 (still have it, just use it on WiFi), I am really thinking about getting the black MyTouch 3G on Wednesday. I think it is an improvement on the G1; I feel also that after nine months, that there should be better hardware in it--it many ways it's so similar to the G1. Thoughts? Also, how's the call quality? Reviews so far say not bad.

I have had mine for 5 days and am returning it tomorrow. The phone and msg and sound are great but the touch screen is hypersensitive. The keyboard is way too much trouble and cumbersome to work with. The phone is fine unless you want to do much on internet,,if so forget it, I am VERY disappointed. It sucks Cry

Impaler - in all honesty if you have an iphone 3g, unless you REALLY are into the mytouch I would wait til the end of the yr for better more exciting Android phones to come out. the only reason I say this is because you have the iphone any other phone I would tell you to jump on the mytouch quick!

Keep in mind the Galaxy, Hero, Morrision, Instint HQ & more are comming out later this yr. Much better Android phones in my opinion. I love my mytouch but i upgraded from the behold totally different experience.
