before you use Hero rom here is something you need to keep in mind...

1. What SPL are you running?? you need a correct SPL for hero
2. LED light will not fully functional
3. Do you have a class 6 memory card? (a must)
4. Are you planning to flash rom every days?? LOL they have update all the time.

there are so many Hero roms out there right now....that i've been messing with..

its all good..you get it over time.

SPL - Second Program Loader is a boot loader after IPL (Initial Program Loader) often seen on smart phones and PDA. to know what SPL version you have, just hold volume down and power off button together.

look for something like this " 1.33.2005" . you might have something different if you didn't flash the right SPL ...

Are you using the stock memory card that came with the phone?? that is a class 2. You need a class 6 in order to run Hero rom (a must)

you can use the memory card you have right now , but it will cause extreme lag.

Let me know or we can chat sometime. It better to setup your phone right before flashing any rom and Hero rom required more steps than other.

I haven't found a hero rom that runs flawlessly I've tried most if not all of them I have a 8gb class4 card, I partitions and everything to the devs specs and still lagged alot. the fastest I've tested was evils hero which is fast but u had to constantly kill apps to keep speed up and bt issues. I'm running cyanogen 4.1.11.1 fastest cleanest ive had to date, not as pretty as hero but 99% flawless. Anyone need lemme know I'll send the u the .zip.

have you try Amon_Ra's 1.6 with Blur theme??? heard it the best too. Cyan came out a new one too..but still working on it.

havent tried blur, gotta take a look. tried the cyan 4.1.999 ran really slow for me went back to 4.1.11.1 may need to repartition my sd but dont wanna right now.
